Rentea is a mobile app that simplifies property renting in East Africa. With Rentea, you can easily search for properties, filter by location, price, and amenities, and contact property owners directly.

Property Management Guide

Step 1: Log in to Your Account

To manage your properties, log in to your account.

Step 2: Access Property Management

1. Go to Manage Property.

2. A page will open displaying all registered properties.

Property Management Page

The page features a table with the following columns:

Images: Displays property images. Clicking an image opens property details.

Property Name: Lists existing property names.

State: Indicates property availability with a button labeled:

- Free: Property is empty and available for rent.

- Taken: Property is occupied and not available for rent.

Managing Property State

The property manager/owner can update the property state:

Clicking the Free or Taken button changes the property's state.

If a property is listed as Free , it will be included in the list of properties available for rent.

If a property is listed as Taken , it will be removed from the list.

By following these steps, you can effectively manage your properties and update their availability status.
